With over 40 years experience in Gear Cutting Williams Engineering are able to manufacture and supply many types of gears we specialise in Splining, Hobbing, Shaping, Worm Cutting and Helical. We offer in some cases, subject to application a 24 hour turn around.

Applications our gears are manufactured for include high performance cars, heavy construction plant, shipping and aircraft as well as many others.

Our wide range of gear cutting skills means that our customers and work undertaken include individuals who require one of bespoke manufacturing for classic cars and bikes right through to major aerospace manufacturers.

Our machines include the following shaping and hobbing machines, Sykes V10A, Sykes V10B, Sykes HV14, Sykes H160 and Dowding & Doll.

All company owned equipment is calibrated externally, traceable to UKAS Standards, to meet AS 9100 requirements.
