CNC Turning

Our 5 Axis CNC Machining Centre Turn/Mill enables us to manufacture items with Turned Diameters, Flats, cross-holes etc in one operation. With Sub-spindle this offers Turn Mill facility in one operation.

6 CNC Lathes are on site ranging in capacity, turning components from as little as .062″ dia. up to 10″ dia.

We utilise a Hyundai Kia SKT21 with Fanuc 21i Control

This gives us a:

Max. swing diameter – 550mm

Max. turning diameter – 350mm

Max. turning length – 410mm

As well as Milling, we’ve many years experience in CNC Machining and Turning. Working from our recently refurbished and expanded Southampton facility we offer a ‘one-stop-shop’.This results in reduced lead times, and a more cost-effective solution to ALL your CNC machining, turning and milling requirements.
