Our highly skilled work force have many years experience producing Straight Sided Serrations or Involute Internal and External Splines and Gears. We also have the capability to design and manufacture Tapered Splines, as well as Helical and Concentricity Splines.

All our straight sided serrations are manufactured to BS 2059 and MDS 1020. All our work is carried out on company owned equipment, at our Southampton facility. All our machines are externally calibrated and traceable to UKAS Standards and meets or exceed AS 9100 requirements.
